Authorized Director​

Piotr Kearney is at ORLEN Group since 2000. Earlier, in the years 1995 - 2000 he held managerial positions in other polish downstream oil companies: Rafineria Gdańska S.A. and Nafta Polska S.A, responsible for financing the development of the company, financial policy and privatization processes.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. For 18 years he has performed key functions in Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN S.A., among others as M&A Director and Strategy Executive Director. In 2019 he moved to Czechia being ORLEN Unipetrol Investment Director first. Piotr joined Spolana Executive Board in summer 2020 and since March 2021 he became its Chairman and CEO.

As part of his responsibilities in ORLEN Group he has been a member of supervisory boards of companies such as Rafineria Nafty Jedlicze S.A., Inowrocławskie Kopalnie Soli Solino S.A., Rafineria Trzebinia S.A., ORLEN Deutschland AG, Unipetrol a.s., AB Mazeikiu Nafta, Polkomtel S.A., ORLEN Upstream sp. z o.o. and FX Energy Inc. Nowadays he continues as a supervisory board member of ORLEN Upstream Canada and HC Verva Litvinov.

Miroslav Falta has been working in Spolana since 1993. His career there began in the commercial and economic department, later in the commercial and technical construction department and in other leading positions in investment construction. 

Since 2012 he has held the position of Operations and Technical Director and since 2013 then the position of Production and Operations Director. Since 2018, he has held the position of Spolana's managing director responsible for production. 

He graduated from the Czech Technical University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Prague.​

Executive Director

Marcin Abram is at ORLEN Group since 2008. Graduated from the Cracow University of Economics and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. For 12 years he has performed key functions in Public Company ORLEN S.A., among others as Manager of Refinery Production Controlling and Manager of Production Controlling. In 2019 he moved to Czechia being ORLEN Unipetrol Financial Director first. Marcin joined Spolana Executive Board in spring 2021.

Experienced manager with the ability to create solutions and economic models to identify multidimensional business relationships. Owns the ability to make independent decisions and implement difficult or unpopular solutions that have an inpact on the managed part of business.
